Based on the sample data is it possible that the population

The variables are defined as follows:

Courier: 1 = DFW Express
             2 = Carborne Carrier
             3 = Metro Delivery

Pickup Time: Time in minutes from when the order is phoned in until a courier agent arrives.

Delivery Time: Time in minutes that it takes for the documents to be delivered to the destination from the firm

Mileage: Distance in miles from the law firm to the destination

Cost: Charge for the delivery. Each of the courier services charges a flat fee plus a mileage charge. These charges vary from courier to courier.

1. Based on the sample data, is it possible that the population mean delivery times for all three couriers might be the same? Using a level of significance of your choice, perform an appropriate ANOVA statistical analysis and attach any supporting computer output. What is the p-value for the test? What recommendation would make to the company based on this analysis?

2. Based on the sample data, is it possible that the population mean delivery distances for all three courier might be the same? Using a level of significance your choice, perform an appropriate ANOVA statist] cal analysis and attach any supporting computer output. What is the p-value for the test? Has the result of this test altered in any way the recommendation you made in response to question 1?

3. Create a new variable called "Average Speed" by di-viding "Mileage" by "Delivery Time." For each trip, this will be the average speed during the trip. Based on the sample data, is it possible that the population mean average speeds for all three couriers might be the same? Using a level of significance of your choice, perform an appropriate ANOVA statistical analysis and attach any supporting computer output. What is the p-value for the test? On the basis of this analysis, what recommendation would you make to the firm?

4. Overall, considering the analyses performed above, do you feel that the evidence is sufficiently conclusive that the firm should switch from their present courier? Pre-sent a brief written recommendation to the firm.
