Corporate governance and corporate social responsibility are constant topics of concern to management. You are required to discuss the corporate governance role of any "one" of the following three entities:
1. auditors, or
2. directors, or
3. the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)
If you discuss more than one you will receive no marks for the second topic discussed.

Your essay must include:
- Reference to at least 2-3 case studies from the text book, supporting your argument.
- Reference to the applicable ethical code of conduct with your argument supporting or refuting the code.
