A box of 7.3 kg is being lifted by means of the light rope which is threaded via a single, light, frictionless pulley which is attached to the ceiling.

(i) When the boxes are being lifted at a constant speed of 2.0 m/s then determine the power delivered by the person pulling on the rope?

(ii) When the box is lifted, at constant acceleration, from rest on the floor to a height of 1.5 m above the floor in 0.42 s, determine average power delivered through the person pulling on the rope?
