Electronic Medical Record (EMR)- Automated recorded system that documents patient care using a computer.
Personal Health Record (PHR)- Electronic or paper medical record maintained and updated by an individual for their own personal use.
I believe that Electronic Health Records (EHR) is the most important because, it is linked to multiple providers.
This system makes it easier for providers to regulate narcotics, making it harder for addicts to get narcotics from multiple facilities.
