Students are required to illustrate the Australian law of product packaging and labelling by using an example as a case study. I choose different types of Panadol like the normal Panadol and Panadol extra as my topic for this essay. Discuss what problems exist in the product and whether it breaches the law of product packaging and labelling. If they did not breach what is the main issue they face in the packaging and labelling section. Students are expected to show clear evidence of critical analysis by discussing the law of product packaging and labelling and relate to Panadol. Students must also discuss defences that can be done by the company.
