At what time will half the liquid have left the tank

Consider a thin walled cylindrical tank having a diameter of 2 ft and a height of 5 ft. The tank is initially filled to a depth of 4 ft. No material enters the tank. There is a circular hole (initially plugged) located in the side of the tank 1 ft above the bottom of the tank. The hole is 1 inch in diameter. You may assume the flow to be inviscid (potential).

The plug is removed from the hole(a) At what time will half the liquid have left the tank? (b) At what time will the last drop of water have left the tank?

Basically Find dh/dt and allow a value of h to be plugged into the equation to solve for t. I have to use this to write a computer program so the answer must be "general". Also explain each term and equation used.
