At what rate is the wheel spinning when the power comes

A high-speed wheel is initially spinning at a rate of 515 RPM when a power failure suddenly occurs. The power is off for 39 seconds, and during this time the wheel slows due to friction at a constant rate. During the time that the power is off the wheel makes 185 complete revolutions.

A. At what rate is the wheel spinning when the power comes back on?

B. If the power had never come back on, then calculate how long after the beginning of the power failure it would have taken the wheel to come to rest.

C. If the power had never come back on, then calculate the total number of revolutions that the wheel would have spun until coming to rest.

D. In reality, the power does not come back on after 39 seconds such that the wheel begins to undergo an angular acceleration of 15 rev/s2 until it reaches a terminal value of 1000 RPM. Calculate the total number of revolutions that the wheel has spun from the beginning of the power outage until it reaches 1000 RPM.
