At one point the Chesapeake Bay used to be the number one producer of crabs for the United States producing over 95% of all crabs consumed in the US. Today the Chesapeake produces only 40% and the number is dropping. The reason for the declinde is a process called Eutrophication. Describe exactly what eutrophication is, what steps have been taken to reverse the decline, and why aren't those steps working.
