Assumptions of the behavioral momentum theory

Problem:

The objective of this assignment is to have hands-on training experience on how to run an actual experiment on behavioral momentum. Presentations must be no longer than 10 minutes.

The presentation should contain the following elements:

Use the following paper for completing this exercise: Greer, B. D., Fisher, W. W., Romani, P. W., & Saini, V. (2016). Behavioral momentum theory: A tutorial on response persistence. The Behavior Analyst, 1-23.

Complete the three learning activities presented in Greer et al. (2016) paper.

Supplementary Material

Use a PowerPoint to present the results of your assignment.

Introduction: Describe briefly the three assumptions of the behavioral momentum theory evaluated in this tutorial. Supplement this section with additional descriptions about behavioral momentum presented in DeLeon, I. G., Podlesnik, C. A., & Miller, J. R. (2015). Implications of behavioral momentum theory for intervention in autism spectrum disorder. In F. D. DiGennaro Reed and D. D. Reed (Eds.) Autism Service Delivery, (353-374). Springer New York

Results: Copy and paste the results you obtained from each of the three graphs from the Excel file into your ppt.

Discussion: Describe the results of each of the three assumptions presented in the paper. Provide a clinical example of how would you use some of the findings from behavioral momentum theory to overcome resistance to change with some of your clients. Which assumption would you like to evaluate in a translational study, why, and how? Need Assignment Help?
