The frequency of users at an ATM machine is estimated at an average of 15 people arriving every 30 mins. Assuming the arrival times are exponentially distributed and each customer may spend anywhere between 1-5 minutes at the machine. Specify this information as a discrete event model in Simevents(Matlab). Use your model to estimate the; a) Average number of customers waiting in line at any point in time to use the machine. b) Expected wait time. c) Probability of having more than 10 customers waiting at the machine. d) State any assumptions in your model.
