Assume the role of Ashley Wall, Director of Human Resources, Treadway Tire – Lima Plant. The Plant Manager has asked you to send him a memorandum describing the turnover problem at the plant and your recommendations to resolve it.
You will develop a memorandum based on the format provided in your text in Chapter 5. You are required to provide research to support your recommendations. Appropriate research material is defined as sources not provided in the course material and published in a peer reviewed journal. You are required to have two of these sources in addition to any of the sources provided to you in the course.
