Assume that a criminal charge of adulteration requires

In the summer of 1993, the United States experienced the great, but temporary, Pepsi syringe scare. In several areas throughout the country, "consumers" came forward and claimed they had found medication syringes in cans of Pepsi. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and officers of PepsiCo reeled for several days as they attempted to cope with the allegations. Within a short period of time from when the stories on the syringes first appeared, a film taken by a hidden store camera showed one of the "consumers" actually inserting a syringe into a Pepsi drink product prior to purchase.

Assume that a criminal charge of adulteration requires proof of an intentional act. Would the hidden camera film establish the intent element of the crime?
