Now that you have defined your project and stakeholders in Weeks One and Two, you will determine the project scope and how the work will be accomplished.
• Write a paper of approximately 2500 words that summarizes the project name, project description, project scope and project MOV.
• Complete the following tasks using Microsoft Project:
o Project phases using the project life cycle and systems development life cycle phases and the associated deliverables.
o Milestones for each phase and deliverable
o Activities and tasks for each deliverable
o Estimates for each activity and task
