Assisgnment:
In our plant at Kolihan Copper mines 800 HP Canadian
General electric DC thyristor drive for friction winder was commissioned. The underground OER transportation could not be commissioned as CGE expert was not well versed in ASEA Pressductor system. He asked for engaging the service expert.
The hoisting / production ore could not be started unless the underground ore transportation was commissioned because this system was to load copper ORE in the skips.
Exercise / assignment was to commission the underground ORE transportation so that ore hoisting could be started.
