Assignment this week is to describe the typical project management documentation and deliverables that are produced in each project phase.
Your final product will be a paper that is:
2 - 3 double-spaced, APA formatted pages;
A list of project stakeholders and their responsibilities; and
Includes at least five (5) references to this week's materials.
The requirements for your assignment are:
First, select, review and discuss a project- any viable project that you are familiar with: buying a car, going to school, or a project where you are currently working.
Review the myriad of documents available that are used on various projects. Select and explain which documents you are going to need for your project.
Finally, looking back at your project from #1, create a list of stakeholders associated with your project. That is, who will either be receiving, or contributing to the success of the project, and what is each stakeholder responsible for?
