Assignment Task:
Choose three case examples from the course text book (Pech, 2009) and discuss the following:
- Lessons from each case that will help other organisations to be more intrapreneurial/innovative and therefore to be more successful.
- Compare and contrast your three selected cases explaining their similarities and differences and why they have these commonalities and differences. You must analyse (not describe) these qualities. Provide detailed explanations of these firms' commonalities and differences and explain why they work. Describe any limitations that might exist for these success factors for other firms.
- Explain how difficult it might be for other firms to adopt some of these firms success factor and why this might be so.
You report must cover the following:
- Lessons learnt from each case - & how these could help other organisations
- Compare and contrast the three 3 case studies - this must be linked to academic theory.
- Describe any limitations/ difficulties that might exist for another organisation to mimic the identified success factor- & why this might be the case.
- Explain key terms and identify why they are important in each context.
