Evaluation is necessary for determining the overall effectiveness of a training program. Your evaluation plan should aim to measure learner performance. Ensure that the plan aligns with the stated goals and learning objectives.

Develop a post-training evaluation plan. List short- and long-term methods that ensure your training plan has translated into desired performance. Explain how it will bridge the organizational gaps identified in the TNA. Complete your evaluation plan as a formal written report. Use and cite a minimum of three resources to help you create your evaluation plan.

Include at least one evaluation tool together with your written evaluation plan.
