Step One: Locate at least two resources which explain the "Notice of Privacy Practices". Include an explanation of implied consent and expressed consent with two examples for each.
Step Two: Locate at least two resources which explain the "Patient Rights".
Step Three: Create a voice-over power point presentation of at least 8 slides (not counting title and reference slide) which explains the background, the use, and the contents of the "Notice of Privacy Practices" and "Patient Rights". Be sure that your power point is audience ready, understandable, and readable (no smaller than 24 point font, no more than 7 words in a line and 7 lines on a slide). Use the notes section of the power point to include your talking points. Begin your presentation with a title slide and end with a reference slide. Be sure that your voice-over is clear and audible.
