Assignment 3 then should focus on disputes and issues that arise from areas of law that are covered in this unit such cases that arise from laws such as tort, contract, consumer protection, business structures, company, property, intellectual property, ethics and business practice. Furthermore, assignment three must include a strategic recommendation which the business must follow to avoid future similar challenges.
Assignment 3 based on Assignment 2 should cover all available legal disputes, legal issues, media releases, reports on your chosen business. This should be as broader as possible in terms of the legal issues or law areas to be covered. In that, it can be issues that arise from employment law, environmental law, work place safety, and the like. This part generally should tell the reader the law related challenges that the business has faced so far or which the business is facing currently. If it is too many reports or too many cases, you can include all in a summary format that shows the parties to the case, the issues, the decision, and implications of the decision.
