Assign each group in the class to a major supply chain management vendor, such as SAP, Oracle, i2, IBM, and so on. Each group will investigate topics such as (a) the products, (b) major capabilities, (c) relationship to customer relationship management, and (d) customer success stories. Each group will prepare a presentation for the class, trying to convince the class why that group's software product is best.
