Examples and the assessment of the empathy episode data that we have gathered. How will you go about unpacking the emotions contained in the data which helps to be responsive to your team and the needs of the challenge?
This includes:

- Describe the steps you intend to take to unpack your data. Include basic details such as:
- Will you unpack individually? In groups? With your whole team?
- What tool(s) will you use? Will it be a digital process, a physical process, or both?
- How many unpacking sessions are you planning and how long will they last?
