You summarized the team's analysis of the data generated and reached conclusions based on the team's efforts to solve a problem or address a change opportunity.

Create a video presentation in which you:
a. Assess your leadership approach and your effectiveness to address the problem the team solved or change opportunity the team addressed.
b. Provide a post mortem analysis of what actions went well (or not) or as planned, and what challenges you were able to overcome (or not).
c. Remember, there is always another problem to solve or another change opportunity to consider. Be honest with yourself and your team, and then determine which actions would you repeat, and which steps must you take to reach the end of your journey?
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
