Question 1: In this section of the readings, you will discover the role that public relations plays in the strategic planning process. Consider the company you work for, how is public relations organized and what role does it play in relation to senior management and strategic planning?

Write a 1,050 to 1,400 word paper in which you describe how the case was handled and provide recommended improvements for your client (Sony).
Include three outside references as well as citations with your paper.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.
