Activity Description
For this assignment, review the components contained in 'A Pay Model' described in Chapter 1 assessing the objectives, techniques, and policy components of the Pay Model. Based on your own experiences in the workplace, analyze how these three major components are linked together to establish the total compensation program in a paper. Evaluate the effect of these relationships on the culture and values of the organization. Include identified external and internal factors in your assessment.
Support your paper with a minimum of three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 5-7 pages not including title and reference pages
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
