1) Watch the YouTube video titled "The NEW One-Minute Manager (33:27)." Give your opinion on the three approaches discussed in the video (goal setting, praise, and reprimand). Assess how these approaches are or are not applicable to a project team setting and whether they are still pertinent in today's workforce, given that Blanchard & Johnson's book was published in 1981.
