Paper Assignment
The paper should focus on a particular case or issue of your choosingrelative to course concepts and topics. You have an opportunity to build on one of the articles done for the literature review or topics emerging in the news.
• The final paper should be roughly seven pages with at least seven references. Any topic relevant to Information Technology and the Public Sector is fine.
• Your use of slides or other materials is optional. The final paper will be critical in meeting the following objectives:
o Asses the various roles and responsibilities of technology managers in the public policy process, including political, social, organizational aspects of the formulation, implementation and evaluation of technology initiatives in public organizations.
o Compare and contrast contemporary academic literature in information technology and government.
Topic of choice: The Digital Divide in a world of growing technology.
