If you could change one aspect of the emergency services branch of which you have interest, what would it be? How would you implement the change (what steps would you take to ensure success using what you learned in the lesson)? What do you expect the results of your change and why do you think it will be successful?
Write a analysis paper answering these questions and support your ideas by referring to your readings about leadership. Remember that title pages and references do not count toward the number of pages required.
Papers must be 5-7 pages must have at least 3 references (in addition to the textbook) from your research. Do not use encyclopedias or dictionaries. Use embedded citations in the following format (author, date, page).
