Ask for 5 specific challenges s/he faces as an owner or manager of the store. ex. merchandise selection, achieving desired profitability, managing staff, store expansion, managing foot traffic, or any other retail business related questions you wish to ask.
Submit typed report of: (a) the store name, address, interviewee's name and title, (b) 5 specific challenges your interviewee mentioned, AND most importantly, (c) your analysis as to if you were a retail management consultant, what would your advices be as to how to overcome those identified challenges.
