As you move and travel around your community, start looking at commercial shopping areas, warehouses, and store fronts. State one location and three possible businesses that might be successful in the vacant store. State three business that could be put into the vacant store front Why? Find out the price of the rent per square foot and the total number of square feet at the location. In addition to rent, renters must pay for utilities and overhead real estate charges ( replace doors, heating and A/C equipment updates, etc.)
