As you can see by this chapter in the reading, researching communication and human behavior is sometimes not so clear cut. It is and can be a complex process because communication is subjective at times. So, after reading this chapter on measurements and using numbers, here is the question:
Can all communication phenomena be measured? Explain and defend why or why not.
