Managerial Proposal Assignment
As the major or "capstone" assignment, this document addresses the need for professionals to craft specific recommendations for administrative implementation based upon a clear identification of the problem or issues, a reasonable marshalling and interpretation of related data and cogency in asserting the need for implementing your ideas. It also tests organizational and visual as well as analytical abilities as applied to a specific situation. The student will prepare an 8-10 page document, plus any charts, graphs, data, etc., which proposes an organization adopt a specific recommendation. You may use your own workplace or another organization. You are free to employ any reasonable proposal format so long as the objectives are met.
