f. This assignment should be 5-7 pages. This does not include your cover page and bibliography.

2. Citation Format: Turabian. As stated in the Academic Integrity Briefings, information taken directly from another source must be placed in quotations and cited following the Turabian format contained in the week one "lessons" folder. You must cite all other information from your sources, even if you do not quote directly. DIRECT QUOTING SHOULD BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM.

a) Explain the intelligence issue
b) State your research question (what you are attempting to answer)
c) Give a hypothesis of your answer to the research question
Section II: Discussion of the Effectiveness of Techniques - Content Analysis, Comparative Analysis, and Rational Choice Theory (2-3 pages)
a) Explain each technique
b) Examine the strengths and weaknesses of each technique for your particular topic
c) Assess the effectiveness of each technique in analyzing your topic
d) Select the one technique you think would be most useful in your analysis (Content Analysis, Comparative Analysis, or Rational Choice Theory)
Section III: Analyze your issue using the technique you deemed best suited to your question (choose only one) (2 -3 pages)
In this section you will demonstrate your application of the selected technique to your issue. Your analysis should be well informed by the literature review you created in week 2 assuming you are using the same topic.
