Topic - As efficiency goes up and cost comes down with renewable energy, there is still a discussion on a national standard in the United States. Other nations have implemented national standards and the industries continue to grow.
Discuss how a national standard here in the US could either cause an increase in "green" homes or a collapse in the industry.
