As a result of the Wagner Act of 1935, the National Labor Relations Board was established to enforce the rules and regulations around the act. Recently, though, the NLRB has begun to assert its authority and union guidelines on activities in non-union organizations. Are they beginning to overstep their authority? If so, what can or should be done to ratchet back them back?
