- Artificial insemination is a technique to make a female pregnant by artificially introducing semen into the vagina.
- Artificial insemination has 2 advantages -
1. Semen of good quality male is used.
2. Preserved semen can be trasnported to distant place.
- Artificial insemination can be used in human.
- It may be AIH (Artificial insesment husband).
- It may be AID (Artificial insemination donor).
- Children produced by artificial insemination are called tube babies.
