As you read the article, it seems highly plausible that nature (and changes to our physiological and psychological systems) plays a more significant role than nurture (including influences from people, media, technology, etc.) in determining our moral code and our moral intelligence. However, more recent research tells us that nature and nurture are weighted equally in this equation. Do some thinking about your own observations of others and yourself and weigh in with examples. How are the moral decisions we make, behavior we deem appropriate/inappropriate and moral code shaped by nature and/or nurture?
Then, think about creating your moral brand...or improving it. What do you see as your primary purpose in life? What do you most want to achieve? What adjectives describe your brand?
