There are many skills involved in order for effective communication to occur. We will focus on verbal and nonverbal communication differences.
This video will provide some tips on how to communicate successfully with individuals from different cultures.
After you view this short video, share with the class your thoughts. What did you learn from this video? Are you able to see the differences within cultures? Are there any challenges for you in regards to communicating with client's from diverse populations?
