Begin your discussion post with your current or initial overall opinion/feelings/beliefs about the Georgia Lottery. Please note what this is based on from the critical thinking audio/PowerPoint.
Next, reflect on what you learned from the materials provided, including the brief article and report on smoking, (feel free to use other sources as well but be sure to cite them) by applying the "5 Tips to Improve Your Critical Thinking." Summarize key points about lotteries (or the Georgia lottery) and what your take is on them. Are they beneficial? Are they good for the states that have them? What is your basis for what you post?
