Many states have passed laws that limit the liability of individual directors of corporations. As more directors have been personally sued, it became increasingly difficult to find people to serve. To what extent do you believe directors should be held accountable and how should this accountability be maintained? Are there any specific examples you can cite of either directors, or CEO's, being held responsible for actions they took?
