Search the organizations' website for the following information: Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Plan. Please select another organization if this information is not available.
a) Compare their mission, vision and value statements.
i) Are there any significant or subtle differences?
ii) If you feel they are the same or different, please explain why.
b) Does each statement (mission, vision, values) follow the guidelines discussed in our lesson?
i) If there are differences, what are they?
c) Do you think these statements really guide the organizations' strategic actions?
