The owner of Shoes R Us, therefore informs all of his male clerks that they may not wait on Matthews, because he does not want to anger his best customer. One of the male clerks believes that this is illegal gender discrimination, and that since part of his compensation is based on his sales volume, he feels that this policy illegally denies him the opportunity to earn compensation because of his gender. Is he correct?
