I need help writing a final essay for my environmental policy, regulation and law. The essay requirements are as followed:
Write a 5-7 page essay answering the following question: Are environmental laws and regulations effective? Pick ONE environmental regulation, explain its history, purpose and goals in detail, and evaluate its successes and failures since enactment. Use subsequent court and legislative events, as well as information from the internet and/or printed literature, to help in your evaluation. You are required to use specific facts, cases, and multiple citations (I suggest 5-10 or more) in order to make a good grade on this assignment. You are required to integrate your course materials and concepts as well. Show me what you know and what you have learned!
