Assignment: INTRO BUSINESS ETHICS
Part 1
Write an essay addressing each of the following questions. Be sure to completely answer all the questions for each bullet point. There should be four sections, one for each bullet below. Separate each section in your paper with a clear heading that allows your professor to know which bullet you are addressing in that section of your paper. Review the rubric criteria for this assignment.
Reflect upon the following questions with a paper that has an introduction, specific content pointing to what you introduced, and a summary of your discussion of the following:
• Are certain types of pleasure more worthwhile than others and why?
• Can utilitarianism be proved according to Mill?
• Under certain circumstances is a doctor justified, if ever, in killing a patient to save the lives of others, and why or why not?
• A serial drug trafficker is released from his/her second prison term. To protect the community, is it a defensible act of utilitarianism for police to plant drugs on that person so they are incarcerated longer under the "three strikes" laws?

Part 2
Based on what you have learned so far in this course, create a PowerPoint presentation that addresses each of the following points/questions. Be sure to completely answer all the questions for each bullet point. Use clear headings that allow your professor to know which bullet you are addressing on the slides in your presentation.
In a separate Word document, create speakers notes to explain your slides (minimum 50 words per slide). Include a slide for your references at the end. Follow best practices for PowerPoint presentations related to text size, color, images, effects, wordiness, and multimedia enhancements. Review the rubric criteria for this assignment.
• Compare Aristotle's view of moral and intellectual virtue. Are they different, if so, how?
• Is moral virtue acquired or are we born as a virtuous individual?
• Apply what this Part's topic means to your personal ethical viewpoint and add how this topic is going to be used in your discussion in the final the assignment for module 8.
Your assignment is to submit a PowerPoint presentation. Be sure to have:
• A title slide, (1 slide)
• Introduce the topic, (1-2 slides)
• Answers to questions including researched sources of information for each point from scholarly sources (5-7 slides),
• Provide a summary slide summarizing the entire conversation. (1-2 slides)
• Reference (1-2 slides)
Length: Nine to fifteen.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
