150 word response to the following post: Cell phone apps have been created to help those who suffer from trauma. These apps generally do not replace therapy but help clients in between therapy sessions. Many of the apps are best used in conjunction with therapy and other healthy coping mechanisms, such as a healthy diet and exercise. Many of these apps help clients track their moods and their symptoms, making it easier to understand their moods, patterns, and more (Rodriguez-Paras et al., 2017). Therapists can use these apps with their clients to help them with at home assignments, monitor and track the severity of symptoms, and as a way to track any triggers that may occur. As time goes on, and as technology improves, many of the apps that have been created are fairly easy to use and offer great tools for many clients. One app called, "PTSD Coach," was created specifically for military veterans. This app has the option to send the user reminders and offers helpful tools if the client found themselves in a situation where they needed guidance and could not see their counselor immediately (Deady et al., 2023). Another user friendly app that has been created is the app called, "Breathe2Relax," which helps the user access helpful breathing techniques any time they need it. Need Assignment Help?
