Approximate time of day at each observatory

Assignment Task: On the 1st of May Perth Observatory discovers a supernova in the Galaxy NGC4945. A few hours later dawn they send out an announcement which is received by observatories in the other places listed in the previous question. Which of these observatories do you think will make the next observation of the supernova based on: (a) The approximate time of day (or night) at each observatory. (b) The maximum angle above the horizon (hint: when it crosses the meridian) of NGC4945 at each observatory. Is the local time zone accurate enough to judge whether the supernova can be seen at each observatory in this case? Explain why/why not?

Perth, Paris, Cape Town & Mauna Kea (other observatories)
