Q: Telecommuting or "remote work" has been in the news off and on over the last several years. Some companies have adopted it where others have discontinued it. Discuss some of the advantages and disadvantages that you see with this approach to work from a manager's perspective. What do you think can be done to reduce the impact of the disadvantages?
