Assignment task: As a GSE employee, you are also required to participate in monthly meetings where employees across the company are updated on monthly accomplishments, activities and goals for the past month and the upcoming month.
In these meetings, you get to interact with the diverse employees working in GSE. Among the different people you get to talk to are staff members who all have religions different from your own. With them, you discuss the current issues going on in your state and the rest of the world.
a) Identify what you need to consider when interacting with the different staff members.
b) Based on the consideration you have identified, identify at least two (2) ways that you can approach the discussion of current issues with the staff members.
