You have been nominated to act as the Adjudicator for a dispute concerning delay and disruption, between a Subcontractor and the Main Contractor, after the issuing of a referral notice.
You have decided to call a meeting to clarify amongst other things, the conflicting evidence as to the actual event or circumstance, which caused the dispute.
State any assumptions you wish to make concerning the Parties and their dispute. Identify the information that you would give the Parties to enable them to prepare for the meeting, draft a letter to the Parties enclosing a detailed and appropriate Agenda and discuss each item and state the relevant case law to support each of your discussion points and observations.
