As the leader of your business performing managerial functions in your company, how will you hire employees? Explain some things you might like to know about employees but are prohibited by law from asking.
Activity 2: Submission:
For this section of your final project, you will complete Section V of your Business Plan. Your will describe in more detail exactly how the business will operate. If you are manufacturing a product, or operating a retail store, or providing a service, each type of business will operate differently. Therefore, you may not need some parts of the content that has been provided as a guideline. For instance if you are not producing a product, you will not need to know production techniques. Therefore, provide details on the sections that make sense for your business. The business operations will set up the financial needs for the business that you will work on in the weeks to come. As you outline your operations, make financial considerations. For instance if you plan to purchase used equipment or start with a lower (or higher) inventory, explain your reasoning.
Activity 3: Journal Post
Instruction: Describe the operations of your business. Are you going to be an integral part of the day-to-day operations? What will your role be in the company? How are you planning to market your company? What will the location of your company be? List and briefly explain the helpful hints that should be considered for the right communication state between a superior and subordinates. How will you ensure that you are the kind of leader that you would look up to?
