Staffing problems has been a nursing issue for decades. There are numerous reasons that are blamed for this issue; most employers blames it on nursing shortage. Staffing problems can be meticulous partly because of the way some healthcare facilities are being operated. Staffing problem continues to cause difficulty for nurses; but unfortunately the person that gets affected the most is their patients.
